Our Open Buffet Restaurant is ready to serve you everyday. This includes a rich, hot variety of Turkish and International foods. We have an excellent cold and salad buffet. After your meal you can indulge in our selection of desserts, which we ensure you will not be able to resist.

During your stay with us you can experience the high quality of our HangOut and Poco Poco Restaurant. There will be an extra charge if you choose to experience this.

Poco Poco Restaurant

Get your tastebuds ready for an explosion of flavors. In Poco Poco Restaurant we serve the best recipes from Spanish Cuisine. We prepare every meal with top quality ingredients to assure your satisfaction. Experience the best the spanish cuisine has to offer in an amazing atmosphere. There is an extra charge for hotel guests in this restaurants.

HangOut

HangOut restaurant, bar and lounge pairs the most amazing view in Ölüdeniz with the most delicious food. From scrumptious burgers to juicy steaks, HangOut is your place if you want to enjoy your meal in a cozy environment or if you want to enjoy the sunsets with a cocktail. Welcome to your new hangout. There is discount for hotel guests.

Our service is from 08:00 – 24:00.

Lobby Bar
Our service is from 08:00 – 17:30.

Plaza Bar
Our service is from 12:00 – 01:00. Please note that as our All Inclusive Service will finish at 24:00, any beverages required after this time can only be extra charge.

Relax Bar (Annex)
Our service is from 09:00 – 18:00

Please do not take any of our hotel food and beverage property into your rooms.

RECEPTION
Our reception offers service for 24 hours.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Management is not responsible for loss of valuables or money which is in your room. Please notify reception if you would like to use a safety deposit box at reception or in your room. The safety deposit box that in your room will be extra charge.

WAKE UP SERVICE
If you require a “wake up call” please call reception on “0”.

POST CARD
You can give any post card you wish to be sent to reception.

CREDIT CARD
The following credit cards are accepted to settle accounts. VISA – MASTER CARD.

CHECK OUT TIME
Check out time is at 12:00 noon. If you would like to keep your room until 16:30 (it depends on availability) an extra fee will be charged. Kindly get confirmation from reception. Please remember  to leave your key at reception before you depart.

LUGGAGE
We have a luggage room available for your use at the Reception. If you require assistance with your luggage on departure, please nofity the reception desk on “0”.

FIRST AID
Please contact the reception on “0” if you require First Aid.

HOUSEKEEPING

Your room will be cleaned by our Housekeeping staff daily and bed sheets will be changed every three days. If there are any breakages or damage within your room please contact reception.

GUEST ROOM TOWELS
White guests room towels are not be used at the pool or beach areas. Leave the towels you want to change on the floor. Thank you for contributing to water saving and sustainability.

BEACH TOWELS

We offer beach towels free of charge. During check in you will receive one beach towel card per person. You can collect your beach towel by handing this card to the Spa Center. You may exchange your dirty towel at Spa Center. At the end of your holiday please return your card to reception. If you are unable to return these for any reason, there will be a charge of 5GBP.

LAUNDRY
Laundry lists are provided in your room, as are laundry bags. Please leave this in your room on your bed for housekeeping to collect or you can take to reception. Your laundry will be returned to your room. We do not have a dry cleaning service.

HEALTH CLUB

TURKISH BATH AND SAUNA

Our hotel Turkish Bath and Sauna service is open from 09:00 – 20:00. There is an entry charge, please enquire at the Health Club.

FITNESS CENTER
Our fitness center is open from 08:00 – 20:00 and free of charge.

HAIR AND BEAUTY SALON
Within our hotel we have a hairdresser. For more information please contact “4774”.

ANIMATION
During your stay our Animation Team will be organising different activities for your Entertainment. For further information please contact our Animators or refer to our Animation info board.

SPORT FACILITIES
Our holiday complex includes tennis court, basketball yard, table tennis and billiards. For more information, please contact the Animaltion Team or Reception.

POOL
We have 2 swimming pools in main building, one for children and one for adults, both of which are open from 08:00 – 20:00. Our third pool is in annex and only for adults called relax pool and open from 09:00 – 19:00. We ask you not to use the pool outside these hours.

OTHERS

AIR CONDITIONING
All hotel rooms are conditioned and have individual controls to regulate the units.The airconditioning is automatically switched off when rooms are not occupied. Please note that if windows and doors are left open the air conditioning will not work.

ENERGY CARD SYSTEM
When you receive your room key card this is used to work the electric system in your room. When you place this in the slot on the wall you will have electric in the room. When this is removed the electric will automatically switched off. If you loose your key card will be subject a charge.

TRANSPORTATION
There is a frequent bus service to Hisarönü and Fethiye. Should you require any further information regarding transport please contact reception.

ELECTRIC SUPPLY
The electrical supply in Turkey is 220V.

SECURITY
For security reasons, only hotel guests are allowed in the bedroom corridors. Always close your bedroom door even if you are absent for a short time. Do not admit strangers in your room and please show your bracelet when entering into the hotel

FIRE PRECAUTION
Please read the fire precautions displayed behind your room door. Please do not smoke in your room as many hotel fires start in this way.

INTERNET
We have got a wireless internet service in the public area which is free of charge. You can connect WI-FI with your passport number.

DIRECTIONAL SIGNS
Directional signs can be found in the lobby entrance area for all hotel landings as well as other public areas around the resort.
